Rental Information

Theatre Direct is a not-for-profit arts, registered charitable organization.

Theatre Direct can accommodate a variety of functions ranging from informal, social occasions to catered events to professional, arts-specific events. Rooms can accommodate from very small, intimate groups to up to 110.

Suggestions for rental opportunities include;

• Professional theatre, music, or dance presentations
• Professional film, video or photographic shooting location
• Film screenings
• Corporate events such as meetings, awards ceremonies and product launches
• Lectures, readings, discussions and presentations
• Community or family social events, including weddings, birthday parties, etc

Events advocating for a specific religious or political nature are not permitted on our site. Theatre Direct reserves the right to curate user groups in accordance with our values, mission and mandate.

Rates & Availability

Our rental rates vary by venue, intended use and type of organization interested in renting. Subsidized rates may be available to non-profit, arts organizations. Please complete the Rental Inquiry package and return to Beth Brown at beth.b@theatredirect.on.ca for a breakdown of rental fees.
