Registration

Registration is now open for our Summer Camps!

Summer Camp 2012 – Registration Form

Registration

Applicants will be registered for the class as space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Registration will be confirmed with parents when full payment has been processed. Spaces will be held for 2 weeks without payment after which time the registrant will be notified and the space relinquished to the next person on the waiting list.

In the event that all spaces in a class are filled, Theatre Direct will maintain a waiting list until the day before the session begins.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Registrants may cancel their registration up to two weeks prior to the first day of the session. The fee will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.
  • Within two weeks before of the first day of the session, cancellation will result in a refund of 50% of the session fee paid.
  • There will be no refunds after the second class of the session.
  • Theatre Direct reserves the right to cancel entire course due to low enrolment. In that case, all registrants will be fully refunded.
  • Theatre Direct reserves the right to use any artist on their Education Roster to substitute for the regular instructor as necessary.
  • In the event of inclement weather or another emergency, Theatre Direct will make all attempts to contact parents/guardians at least one hour prior to the beginning of the class in order to inform them of a cancelled class.

Bursaries

Bursaries are available for a limited time and to the best of our capacity to provide access. Bursary applications must be made in writing to the Theatre Direct Office. Bursary and Subsidized spots are available; contact us to discuss your needs.
